OWNERS' CONSTRUCTION-PHASE  REPRESENTATION Protecting the owner's interest, and streamlining their decision process through the construction phase of development.   Contrary to tradition and popular belief, the owner is at significant risk during construction for deviation from design intent and/or specified construction detail.  For all types of projects this means you may get less (different to a level that adversely effects your use of the facility) than you are paying for.  For Licensed facilities (like Ambulatory Surgery Centers) this could result in costly delays in approval for occupancy and/or contracting with third party payors.      While providing Construction Phase Services, WEL Designs makes periodic (every three to five weeks) visits to the construction site to verify compliance with design intent, and to identify potential problems before they become time-critical to the logical and efficient completion of the project.  Each visit results in a written report of issues identified that require correction or clarification.
