Project Feasibility  & Cash Flow Modeling -- Analysis of practice feasibility and productivity for single and multi-specialty ASCs and private physicians’ offices (in conjunction with Amy Mowles, Mowles Medical Practice management, LLC) to include:  

	State requirements for CON/Certification/Licensure.
	State and Federal requirements for Life Safety Code (physical environment).
	Initial research on payor requirements for facility contracting.
	Detailed evaluation and projections based on historical workloads and payer mix specific reimbursement trends.
	Production of realistic and conservative initial (5-year) Revenue vs. Construction Cost projection analysis spreadsheet (Business Plan).

Regulatory Conformance Studies -- as part of a credential/accreditation process or to evaluate values/costs of proposed facility acquisitions.  

Regulatory Issue Troubleshooting -- builds upon Regulatory Conformance Studies to identify alternative responses to non-conformance, and establishes protocol to assure continued maintenance of regulatory conformance. 

Third Party Review of Plans (developed by other designers) -- Review and assessment of floor plans for their regulatory conformance and operational/functional  effectiveness and efficiency.

Operational Efficiency Studies -- evaluates the interaction of medical care activities with the facility itself, including development of options for improvement/enhancement of operational effectiveness.
